"A new report released by the intergovernmental SPP Bio Diversity Eco System warned of the accelerated speed of species extinction around the world. Earth's ecosystem is declining at an unprecedented rate with one exception. According to the report, it spelled out 3/4 of the land-based environment of about 66% of the marine environment has been altered by human actions significantly on average. These trends have been less severe or avoided completely that have been managed by the American Indians and other indigenous peoples. Western scientific evidence is now saying what our indigenous people have been saying for a long time. Life as we know it is in danger. And indigenous people have long led the way to protect our natural resources."

Regrettably, Max passed away from Covid 19. Max was a former Councilman for The Seminole Tribe, and Vice Chairman. Max Osceola helped facilitated the Seminoles acquisition of The Hard Rock Worldwide. Max paved the way for American Indians to achieve licensing for the establishment of Casinos. Or as Max puts it “From the Stone Age to the Space Age.”
Max has enjoyed serving as Councilman for The Seminole Tribe of Florida from 1985 to 2011.Max is heavily involved in the Seminole Hard Rock Café and Casino Hotel Live Rock and Hard Rock International Corporate investment.
Max is an Officer Education at Bureau of Indian Affairs, for The Seminole Agency.
He has been a Board Member of Governor’s Council on Indian Affairs, State of Florida and approved Seminole Mega Million Dollar Jack Pots for Bingo in 1979 as Acting Superintendent for Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA).
Max worked with The Seminole Agency that allowed for The Seminole Tribe of Florida to win a Federal Court case that defeated the State of Florida’s jurisdiction over Tribal Bingo, setting a new sovereignty precedence nationwide for all Tribal Bingo and its Multi-Million Dollar Jackpots.

Lee currently owns a company Lee Tiger & Associates which specializes in Native American Tourism Development and Native American Indian Global which designed City of Rock Resort and Casino which is in the works.
TTM Records, keeps his office busy with marketing and sales of their catalog.
In the year 2000 his band signed a five year record contract with Sound of America Records to produce three CDs and opened up their own record company called TTM Records which produce three more CDs completing a six album catalog. They were awarded the Life Time Achievement Award from the NAMMYs.
Lee's future plans are to continue what he started out in life doing which was music, education communication, and promoting Native America Worldwide.
Lee Tiger is from the Miccosukee tribe and wrote the song “One Earth One People” (OEOP.) We are excited to have him on the board.

My career began as an artist. Selling my paintings and drawings since I was a child. During a prolific career as a professional artist, I found I'd had a natural aptitude toward mechanical engineering and design. Filed patents on a variety of tools, propulsion systems, wind turbines, power generating swimming pools, power generating speed bumps, swing powered generators, variable focal length telescopes, and designed countless other inventions such as inflatable ultralight aircraft, rapid automated inflatable parachutes, High Altitude Rocket Launcher, a reusable dirigible balloon system that carry rockets to the top of the atmosphere before ignition to reduce 90% of rocket fuel consumption and 99% of wind resistance losses to reduce the cost of access to space by several orders of magnitude, solid state 3D printing systems for printing transparent aluminum rubies and emeralds etc., and high power solar pumped lasers for vaporization of asteroids orbiting debris for Starg8optics.com. Among many things I am a designer, machinist, fabricator, graphic artist, general technician, portrait painter, muralist, inventor, physicist, and environmentalist. Independent from any university or agency, taught myself physics, mechanical & electrical engineering, Solidworks machine design, illustrating & writing patents, digital photo editing, animation, traditional portrait painting, airbrushing, and mural painting, and was privately educated in machining & tooling, welding, metal-working, and faux finishing. Primarily focused on the design, engineering, and creation of renewable energy technologies for the last 15 years while occasionally working as an artist etc. Officially founded Xturbines Inc. in Japan although funding for machine tools were not available and I have concluded wind power to unnecessarily dangerous in storms when I have better designs for renewable energy technologies to promote.
